Tour itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival in Riyadh
Upon your arrival, your tour leader/driver will meet you at the airport, holding a sign from SaudiArabiaTours. There is no need to search for them; they will be waiting for you. Once you are in the car, your tour leader will share interesting insights about your upcoming tour and the sights along the way. You will be transferred to your hotel in an air-conditioned vehicle. Overnight stay in Riyadh.

Day 2: Riyadh Historical Tour
After breakfast, begin your tour with a visit to the National Museum of Saudi Arabia, a key part of the King Abdulaziz Historical Centre. The museum offers a comprehensive journey through Saudi history, from the pre-Islamic era to the unification of the Kingdom. Notable exhibits include a prehistoric elephant skeleton, a meteorite from the Empty Quarter, and replicas of Mada’in Saleh rock-cut tombs.
Next, enjoy a stroll through the museum’s outdoor gardens before proceeding to the Hall of King Abdulaziz to see a collection of old cars used by the king. Visit the Murraba Palace, a significant palace built by King Abdulaziz in traditional Najdi style.
Optional: Enjoy a traditional Saudi lunch at Najd Village, a renowned restaurant offering authentic Saudi cuisine in a historic setting.
Continue to Souk Al-Zal, a market known for traditional Eastern artifacts and patterned textiles. Then, visit Al Masmak Fortress, an important historical site where you can explore exhibitions showcasing Saudi Arabia’s roots. End your day with a visit to the Kingdom Tower, the tallest building in Riyadh, offering a panoramic view of the city from its sky bridge.

Day 3: Edge of The World Tour
After breakfast, embark on an excursion to the Edge of the World (Jebel Fihrayn), approximately 120 km from Riyadh. This dramatic geological site offers breathtaking views and the opportunity to walk along ancient camel tracks.
Optional: Your tour leader can recommend a charming restaurant for lunch.
Return to your hotel in Riyadh for an overnight stay.
Day 4: Fly to Al Ula – Madain Saleh Tour
After breakfast, transfer to Riyadh airport for your flight to Al Ula. Upon arrival, visit Hegra (Madain Saleh), Saudi Arabia’s first UNESCO World Heritage site, known for its well-preserved Nabatean tombs and inscriptions. Explore the Hijaz Railway Station and the famous Elephant Rock.
Note: Sightseeing tours at Hegra will be shared with a local guide and a small group.
Return to your hotel in Al Ula for an overnight stay.
Day 5: Al Ula Old Town Market Tour
After breakfast, explore Al Ula Old Town, a historical site with adobe buildings and views of the 10th-century AlUla Castle. Discover the Old Market Street, featuring local artisans, cafes, and cultural activations.
Overnight stay in Al Ula.
Day 6: Free Day
Enjoy a free day in Al Ula.
Optional: Wadi Disah Tour – Explore the beautiful mountainous valley in Saudi Arabia’s northwestern Tabuk province, known for its lush valley floor and massive sandstone cliffs.
Overnight stay in Al Ula.
Day 7: Fly to Jeddah – Jeddah Historical Tour
After breakfast, transfer to Al Ula airport for your flight to Jeddah. Upon arrival, visit Jeddah’s historical downtown area (Al-Balad), known for its old buildings, traditional souks, and local food shops. Explore Beit Nassif, Makkah Gate, and other historical houses. Visit Al Shafi Mosque, the oldest mosque in Jeddah, and Al Tayebat International City Museum, featuring extensive exhibits on Saudi history and culture.
End your tour with a ride along the New Jeddah Corniche, a 30 km coastal resort area along the Red Sea.

Day 8: Departure
Transfer to the airport and assistance with departure formalities.

You should keep your passport with you during any tour you will be making in Saudi Arabia. don’t leave it in your hotel room as some times they request to see your passport or visa.
