Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Muscat
Arrive in Muscat, Oman, where you are met and transferred to your hotel, the Al Bustan Palace, A Ritz-Carlton Hotel or similar.
Day 2: Leisure Day in Muscat
Enjoy a day at leisure to explore your resort’s facilities.
Day 3: Muscat City Tour
Discover the city of Muscat, visiting the Royal Opera House Muscat, the Grand Mosque, and the Muttrah souk. After visiting the Bait Al Zubair Museum and Al Alam Palace, you’ll have time to relax at your hotel.
Day 4: Journey to Jabal Al Akhdar
Depart Muscat for Barka, stopping at the Barka souk and fish market before touring the Nakhl fort and reaching Wadi Bani Auf. You’ll take a walking tour of Bilad Sayt, pass through Al Hamra, and then arrive at your hotel in Jabal Al Akhdar.
Day 5: Exploring Jabal Al Akhdar
Explore Jabal Al Akhdar, famed for its terraced fruit orchards, natural springs, and scenic villages. Return to the hotel for an afternoon at leisure.
Day 6: Wahiba Sands Adventure
Travel to Nizwa and its fort before proceeding to the undulating red and white dunes of Wahiba Sands. After a 4x4vehicle tour and camel ride, you’ll spend the night at a romantic tented oasis.
Day 7: Visit to Wadi Bani Khalid
Depart to visit Wadi Bani Khalid and take a dip in the natural pools. Return to Muscat for an evening at leisure.
