Walk in the footsteps of the privateers, or pirates who were approved by the king, whose wealth built up the granite walls surrounding the old town. Within the city walls, visit Saint-Malo Cathedral with its stained glass windows that depict the town’s history, and the Demeure de Corsaire, a former privateer’s home that has been transformed into a museum.

DAY 7 ST. PETER PORT, GREAT BRITAIN | GUERNSEY IN THE CHANNEL ISLANDS
