Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Cairo

Upon your arrival at Cairo airport, our representative, holding a sign of Ramasside Tours, will be there to assist you. You will then be transferred by an air-conditioned car to your hotel. Overnight stay in Cairo.

Day 2: Egyptian Museum & Giza Pyramids

After breakfast, commence your tour by visiting The Egyptian Museum, showcasing a rare collection of Egyptian art spanning over 5,000 years. Explore the Tutankhamen room, featuring treasures, jewelry, and gold discovered in his tomb over 3,500 years ago.

Continue to the Great Pyramids, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Enjoy a panoramic view of the Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus, along with The Great Sphinx and the Valley Temple. The tour includes photo stops and a visit to the Valley Temple, associated with the Pyramids of Chephren, serving purposes of mummy purification and the mummification process.

Overnight in Cairo.

Day 3: Cairo – Nile Cruise

After breakfast, early transfer to the domestic airport. Departure by plane to Aswan. Upon arrival, visit the High Dam and the Philae Temple. Transfer to the cruise.

Day 4: Nile Cruise

Sail to Kom Ombo. Afternoon tea. Visit the temple shared by the gods Sobek and Haroeris. Sail to Edfu. Dinner on board. Disco party. Overnight on the cruise.

Day 5: Nile Cruise – Luxor

Breakfast on board. Visit The Temple of Horus in Edfu. Cross the lock. Sail to Luxor. Overnight in Luxor.

Day 6: Luxor / Cairo

Breakfast on board. Disembarkation.

Visit the Valley of the Kings, Temple of Hatshepsut, and Colossi of Memnon on the West Bank. Explore the Necropolis of Thebes on the Western bank. Transfer to Luxor airport, depart by plane to Cairo. Arrival, and transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 7: Alexandria

Our tour guide will pick you up for a day tour to Alexandria. Visit the Library of Alexandria, the Site of the Lighthouse, and the royal gardens. Continue to the Abbo Elabbas Mosque, the memorial of the Unknown Soldier, and the statue of Alexander the Great. Lunch (Optional) and a scenic drive along the Cornish. Explore the old downtown of Alexandria. Return to your hotel for overnight stay in Alexandria.

Day 8: Cairo Free Day

After breakfast, transfer to Cairo by an air-conditioned car. Arrival and transfer to your hotel.

(Optional) Visit the Step Pyramids of Zoser, Memphis, and the Red Pyramid and Bent Pyramid at Dahshur. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 9: Departure

Breakfast at the hotel. Our representative will transfer you to the airport and assist you with final departure formalities.
