Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival in Cairo Upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport, you’ll be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel in Cairo.
Day 2: Pyramids of Giza and Egyptian Museum After breakfast, you’ll visit the Pyramids of Giza, one of the most iconic sites in Egypt. You’ll also have the chance to explore the Sphinx and visit the Solar Boat Museum. In the afternoon, you’ll visit the Egyptian Museum, home to a vast collection of ancient artifacts, including the treasures of Tutankhamun.
Day 3: Abu Simbel and Aswan After breakfast, you’ll fly to Abu Simbel, home to the magnificent temples of Ramses II and his queen, Nefertari. After exploring the temples, you’ll fly to Aswan and check in to your Nile cruise ship.
Day 4: Nile Cruise from Aswan to Luxor You’ll start your day with a visit to the High Dam, one of the most important engineering feats in modern Egyptian history. You’ll also visit the Unfinished Obelisk, a massive monument that was never completed. In the afternoon, you’ll sail on a felucca (traditional sailboat) to visit the beautiful Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis. You’ll spend the night on the Nile cruise ship.
Day 5: Nile Cruise from Kom Ombo to Edfu Today you’ll visit the Temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to the gods Sobek and Haroeris, and the Temple of Horus in Edfu, one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt. You’ll continue sailing down the Nile to Luxor.
Day 6: Luxor In Luxor, you’ll visit the Karnak Temple, one of the largest temple complexes in the world, and the Luxor Temple, a magnificent temple complex dedicated to the god Amun. In the afternoon, you’ll disembark from the Nile cruise and transfer to your hotel in Luxor.
Day 7: Hurghada After breakfast, you’ll be transferred to Hurghada, a beautiful seaside resort on the Red Sea. You’ll have the rest of the day to relax on the beach, swim, or snorkel.
Day8: Hurghada Today you’ll have a full day to enjoy Hurghada. You can spend your time snorkeling in the Red Sea, taking a boat trip to explore the nearby islands, or simply relaxing on the beach.
Day 9: Departure After breakfast, you’ll be transferred to Hurghada International Airport for your departure flight.
