Itinerary:
Day 1: Cairo Upon arrival in Cairo
you will be met by our representative and transferred to your luxury hotel. Spend the rest of the day at your leisure.
Day 2: Cairo
After breakfast, you will be picked up by your private Egyptologist tour guide and transferred to Giza Plateau to visit the Great Pyramids of Giza, the Sphinx, and the Valley Temple. After lunch at a local restaurant, you will visit the Egyptian Museum, which houses a collection of ancient Egyptian artifacts, including treasures from the tomb of King Tutankhamun. In the evening, enjoy a Nile dinner cruise with traditional Egyptian entertainment.
Day 3: Cairo
Today, you will have the option to take a sunrise hot air balloon ride over the Nile River and the Valley of the Kings (at an additional cost). Afterward, you will visit the Citadel of Salah El Din, the Mosque of Mohamed Ali, and the Khan El Khalili bazaar. Return to your hotel for an evening at your leisure.
Day 4: Alexandria
After breakfast, you will be driven to Alexandria, where you will visit the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, Pompey’s Pillar, the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, and the Montazah Palace. Return to your hotel in Cairo for an evening at your leisure.
Day 5: Luxor
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Cairo airport for a flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your luxury hotel. In the afternoon, you will visit the Luxor Temple and the Karnak Temple complex. Return to your hotel for an evening at your leisure.
Day 6: Luxor
After breakfast, you will cross the Nile River to the West Bank to visit the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and the Colossi of Memnon. Return to your hotel for an evening at your leisure.
Day 7: Aswan
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Aswan by a private air-conditioned vehicle. Upon arrival, you will check-in to your luxury hotel. In the afternoon, you will visit the High Dam, the Unfinished Obelisk, and the Philae Temple. Return to your hotel for an evening at your leisure.
Day 8: Abu Simbel
Today, you will have the option to take an early morning flight to Abu Simbel to visit the Great Temple of Ramses II and the Temple of Queen Nefertari (at an additional cost). Return to Aswan in the afternoon for an evening at your leisure.
Day 9: Aswan
After breakfast, you will have the option to take a traditional felucca boat ride on the Nile River to visit the botanical gardens (at an additional cost). In the evening, enjoy a Nubian dance show with dinner at a local restaurant.
Day 10: Departure
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Aswan airport for your flight back home.
